  • Registering additional branch offices: $120 each (additional locations must be operating under the same name and ownership) 
  • Registering additional independent branch offices: $200
  • Change of name: $250
  • Change of name (trade/fictitious name removal): $150 
  • Change of ownership: $800
  • Branch annual fee: $120 each (applies to agents with branch offices in excess of five)​
