CNS Computerized Air Waybill (CAWB) Number Distribution Service

The CNS AWB stock management is a secured internet based system designed to assist carriers and agents with the assignment and distribution of air waybill numbers.

All CNS endorsed agents are automatically eligible to participate.

• Online dynamic reporting
• Number request and allocation
• Auto generated messages
• Branch or consolidated allocation option. 

Users log into the system through the CASSLink website and can request blocks of air waybills as agreed upon with participating carriers.

How AWB Stock Management works:

• Agents can review the Stock Relations screen for each branch or headquarter office which displays a snapshot of their current allocation. They can also request air waybills. 
• The Stock Reports section is available to track usage, display status as well as reviewing invoicing history. 
• Airlines should be contacted directly to establish new allocations and make changes to existing ones.
