• New Applicants:
  • Access to Application: $50
  • Application Fees - total of $1,625 are payable in three steps as follows:
•      Step 8) A $225 Non Refundable Fee for Submission of Application and Financial Review
•   Step 9) A $825 Non Refundable Inspection Fee (due prior to inspection and following successful completion of application submission and financial review)
• Step 10)   A $575 Annual Fee to activate your endorsement upon successful competion of all steps of the endorsement process.
