Cargo Network Services Corporation (CNS), based in Miami, Florida, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the International Air Transportation Association (IATA).

The corporation has a matrix structure and is overseen by two Boards, a traditional Board of Directors as well as an Industry Advisory Board.

The corporate officers that comprise CNS are that of President, Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer.

The Board of Directors is comprised of senior level IATA executives in the Industry Distribution and Financial Services Division.

The CNS Advisory Board is comprised of senior level executives from airlines, freight forwarders and Handling Companies.
